废轮胎裂解炭黑的超细粉碎和表面改性及在NR中的应用

摘要:探讨超细粉碎和表面改性工艺对废轮胎裂解炭黑性能的影响及裂解炭黑在NR胶料中的应用。结果表明,裂解炭黑超细粉碎时,FZD型单转子超细气流分级机的最佳转速为800 r·min-1,这时用袋收尘方式收集的超细裂解炭黑的中位粒径为437 μm;用硬脂酸表面改性后裂解炭黑的流动性和分散性提高,原料裂解炭黑和超细裂解炭黑改性用硬脂酸最佳质量分数分别为001和002;表面改性超细裂解炭黑对NR的补强性达到半补强炭黑的水平。

Superfine grinding and surface modification of carbon black from
pyrolyzed waste tire and its application in NR compound

Abstract:The influence of the superfine grinding and surface modification on the properties of the carbon black from pyrolyzed waste tire and its application in NR compound were investigated.The results showed that the optimal rotating speed of FZD single rotor grinding machine was 800 rpm during superfine grinding of pyrolyzed carbon black,at which the superfine pyrolyzed carbon black with the medium particle size of 4.37 μm was obtained;the flowability and dispersity of carbon black improved by the surface modification with stearic acid,and the optimal levels of modifying stearic acid for raw pyrolyzed carbon black and superfine pyrolyzed carbon black were 1% and 2% respectively;and the reinforcing effect of surfacemodified superfine pyrolyzed carbon black on NR was similar to that of semireinforcing furnace black.

胶乳抄取非石棉密封材料的配方研究

摘要:以NBR胶乳为弹性粘合剂,采用胶乳抄取工艺,制备无机纤维为主的混杂纤维非石棉密封材料。经筛选确定的胶乳抄取非石棉密封材料基本配方为:胶乳(干质量)8~25,纤维40~75,填料5~50,其它助剂2。扫描电镜分析表明,混杂纤维的分散性优于单一陶瓷纤维,纤维具有良好的覆胶性和一定的缠绕性,产品性能较好。

Formulation of nonasbestos gasket material prepared by latex beater process

Abstract:A nonasbestos mixed fibers gasket material has been prepared by latex beater process using inorganic fibers as the main fibers and NBR latex as elastic adhesive.The screened formula is as follows:NBR latex (solid content)8~25,fibers40~75,filler5~50,other additives2.It is found by SEM that the mixed fibers are superior to the ceramic fiber alone in terms of dispersity,rubber coverage and entanglement.

盐酸处理对塑胶地砖性能和橡胶异味的影响

摘要:采用不同质量分数的盐酸对胶粒进行处理,以其制作塑胶地砖试样,试样再经盐酸处理后,用清水清洗或氢氧化钠溶液中和,除去胶粒和塑胶地砖残余的盐酸,使其呈中性。试验结果表明,用盐酸处理能降低胶粒和塑胶地砖的橡胶异味,用质量分数为010盐酸处理过的胶粒制作塑胶地砖,再用质量分数为010~015盐酸进行二次处理,塑胶地砖橡胶异味轻微,胶料综合物理性能较好,适宜铺设室内外场地。

发光颜料在硅橡胶中的应用

摘要:将发光颜料用于硅橡胶中制备发光硅橡胶制品。研究发光颜料粒径、用量及染色颜料对发光硅橡胶制品辉度的影响。结果表明,发光颜料的粒径越大,硅橡胶制品辉度也越大,但物理性能受到影响;采用PLO7C发光颜料可得到综合性能较好的制品;发光颜料的用量以10份为宜;为了染色而使用的染色颜料应尽量采用透明性颜料,且应尽量减小用量以减少对发光颜料的遮盖。
