IIR阻尼材料动态力学性能的研究

摘要:研究IIR/树脂硫化剂共混体系的动态力学性能。差示扫描量热法和动态力学分析测试结果均表明IIR和树脂硫化剂相容性较好。动态力学性能试验结果表明,随着树脂硫化剂用量的增大,IIR/树脂硫化剂共混体系的DMA曲线向高温区域移动,调整树脂硫化剂的用量可以改变共混体系的阻尼转变温域;共混体系的损耗因子极大值随树脂硫化剂用量的增大先减小后增大,达到一极大值后又迅速减小。

Study on dynamic mechanical properties of IIR damping material

Abstract:The dynamic mechanical properties of IIR/resin curative blend system were investigated.It was found by DSC and DMA that IIR was quite compatible to resin curative.The test results of dynamic mechanical properties showed that the DMA curve of IIR/resin curative blend system shifted to the region of high temperature as the level of resin curative increased,and the temperature region for damping change of blend system could be changed by adjusting the level of resin curative;and the maximum tanδ of blend system decreased at first,increased to a peak later,and then decreased rapidly as the level of resin curative increased.

氯磺化聚乙烯流变性能研究

摘要:研究氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)的流变性能,特别是剪切速率、剪切应力和温度对CSM熔体表观粘度的影响。试验结果表明,CSM熔体在试验温度范围内为假塑性流体,随温度的升高其非牛顿性减弱;CSM熔体的表观粘度随表观剪切速率和剪切应力的增大以及温度的升高而降低;剪切应力对CSM的粘流活化能影响不大。

Study on rheological properties of chlorosulfonated polyethylene

Abstract:The rheological properties of chlorosulfonated polyethtylene (CSM),especially the effect of the shear rate,shear stress and temperature on the apparent viscosity of CSM melt,were investigated.The test results showed that the CSM melt was a pseudoplastic fluid and its nonNewtonian behaviour weakened as the temperature raised;the apparent viscosity of CSM melt decreased as the apparent shear rate and shear stress increased and the temperature raised;and the shear stress had little effect on the activating energy of CSM viscous flow.

乳液法有机蒙脱土/SBR纳米复合技术的改进

摘要:对现有大分子乳液插层法制备蒙脱土/SBR纳米复合材料技术进行改进。试验结果表明,使用低分子醇类混合物预分散有机蒙脱土,可使疏水的有机蒙脱土直接用于乳液插层法制备有机蒙脱土/SBR纳米复合材料;在SBR胶乳中加入少量带羟基的聚合物水溶液,能够使有机蒙脱土层间距扩大,有利于提高插层动力;超声波对聚合物插层没有明显的强化作用。

Modification of emulsion nanocompounding technology for
organomontmorillonite/SBR

Abstract:The technology of montmorillonite/SBR composite prepared by macromolecular emulsion intercalation was modified.The test results showed that the hydrophobic organomontmorillonite,which was predispersed in a low molecular alcoholic mixture,was directly used to prepare organomontmorillonite/SBR nanocomposite by emulsion intercalation;the distance between the layers of organomontmorillonite was extended by adding small amount of water solution of a polymer with hydroxyl to SBR latex,which was beneficial to increase the intercalating power;and the ultrasonic had little effect on the enhancement of polymer intercalation.
