粘土/橡胶纳米复合材料老化性能研究

摘要:研究粘土/SBR及粘土/NR纳米复合材料的耐热氧老化和耐臭氧老化性能,并考察粘土/SBR纳米复合材料的热失重和气
体阻隔性。结果表明,粘土/SBR纳米复合材料的耐热氧老化和耐臭氧老化性能均优于炭黑/SBR复合材料;粘土/NR纳米复合
材料的耐热氧老化性能略优于炭黑/NR复合材料,耐臭氧老化性能与炭黑/NR复合材料相差不大;均匀分散的纳米粘土可提
高橡胶的热稳定性和气体阻隔性,减缓氧及臭氧在橡胶中的扩散,降低橡胶分子链受攻击的几率,有利于提高橡胶耐热氧老
化和耐臭氧老化性能。

Study on aging properties of clay/rubber nanocomposite

Abstract:The heat oxygen aging property and ozone aging property of clay/SBR and clay/NR nanocomposites were studied,and the thermogravimetry and air isolation of clay/SBR nanocomposite were also investigated.The results showed that both the heat oxygen aging property and the ozone aging property of clay/SBR nanocomposite were superior to those of black/SBR composite;the heat
oxygen aging property of clay/NR nanocomposite was somewhat better than that of black/NR composite,but their ozone aging properties were similar to each other;and the uniformly dispersed nanoclay could improve the heat stability and air isolation of rubber,decrease the diffusion of oxygen and ozone in rubber,and reduce the probability of the attack at the molecular chain of rubber
resulting in the improvement of heat oxygen aging property and ozone aging proper of rubber.

氯化顺丁橡胶与CR,NBR或CPE并用胶性能的研究

摘要:考察氯化顺丁橡胶(CBR)用量对其与CR,NBR或CPE并用胶的物理性能、耐老化性能和阻燃性能的影响。结果表
明,随CBR用量的增大,CBR/CR和CBR/NBR的拉伸强度和拉断伸长率均下降,CBR/CPE的这两项性能均提高;老化或浸
油后,3种并用胶的拉伸性能均随CBR用量的增大而下降;随CBR用量的增大,CBR/NBR的阻燃性能改善,CBR/CR和
CBR/CPE的阻燃性能下降。

Study on properties of chlorobutadiene rubber/CR,NBR or CPE blends

Abstract:The influence of chlorobutadiene rubber(CBR) proportion on the physical properties,aging properties and flame retardance of CBR/CR,NBR or CPE blends was investigated.The results showed that the tensile strength and elongation at break of CBR/CR and CBR/NBR blends decreased,and those of CBR/CPE increased as the CBR proportion increased;the tensile strength of all three aged or oildipped blends decreased as CBR proportion increased,and the flame retardance of CBR/NBR blend improved,and that of CBR/CR and
CBR/CPE blends decreased as the proportion of CBR increased.

有限元在载重子午线轮胎弹性模量优选中的应用

摘要:利用MSC.Patran建立轮胎三维有限元预测模型,模拟滚动轮胎与地面的接触。轮胎的动态分析采用MooneyRivlin 结
构模型和显式有限元分析,考虑了轮胎与地面以及轮辋与轮胎间的静摩擦和动态摩擦,给出了几组不同模量的分析结果,针
对胎圈处应力进行优选,最终给出优化设计。
