原位生成PNaMAA/NBR纳米复合材料的研究

摘要:采用原位生成法制备聚甲基丙烯酸钠(PNaMAA)/NBR纳米复合材料,研究混炼工艺、硫化剂DCP用量、丙烯酸(MAA)与氢氧化钠的摩尔比和甲基丙烯酸钠(NaMAA)的理论生成量对复合材料物理性能的影响。结果表明,采用先快速加酸后分次加碱的混炼工艺,DCP用量为1.5 份,MAA与氢氧化钠的摩尔比为1.5∶1,NaMAA的理论生成量为30 份,混炼胶在160 ℃×t90条件下硫化,可获得物理性能优异的PNaMAA/NBR纳米复合材料。

Reinforcement of vulcanized NBR by insitu polymerized sodium methylacrylate

Abstract:The nanocomposites of insitu polymerized sodium methylacrylate(PNaMAA)/NBR were prepared and the effects of the mixing procedure,the level of DCP,the molecular ratio of MAA/sodium hydroxide and the theoretical yield of NaMAA on the physical properties of composites were investigated.The results showed that the PNaMAA/NBR nanocomposite with the optimum physical properties was obtained by using 1.5 phr of DCP,MAA/sodium hydroxide with molecular ratio of 1.5∶1,30 phr of NaMAA for theoretical yield,160 ℃×t90 cure and mixing procedure,in which the acid was rapidly added at first,and the alkali was added in batches later.

PU/有机蒙脱土纳米复合材料的制备和性能研究

摘要:采用原位插层聚合法制备PU/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料。通过X射线衍射和透射电镜分析发现,当OMMT质量分数为001和003时,OMMT完全剥离并较均匀地分散于PU基体中;当OMMT质量分数为005时,OMMT在PU基体中发生部分剥离。热重分析表明,加入OMMT可提高复合材料的耐热性。动态力学分析表明,OMMT对PU模量的影响不大。PU/OMMT复合材料的硬度、弹性模量、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率均比纯PU有所提高。

Preparation and characterization of PU/organomontmorillonite nanocomposite

Abstract:A PU/organomontmorillonite nanocomposite(OMMT) was prepared by insitu intercalative polymerization.It was found by XRD and TEM analysis that OMMT was completely exfoliated and uniformly dispersed in PU matrix in case of 1% OMMT/PU and 3% OMMT/PU composites.The analysis showed that the heat resistance of the nanocomposite improved by adding OMMT.It was indicated by dynamic mechanical analysis that OMMT had little effect on the modulus of PU.All the hardness,elastic modulus,tensile strength and elongation at break of the PU/OMMT nanocomposite were higher than those of PU compound.

发泡剂和硫化体系对NR/SBR并用海绵胶性能的影响

摘要:探讨发泡剂和硫黄硫化体系对NR/SBR并用海绵胶硫化发泡特性和物理性能的影响。结果得出,应根据海绵胶的硫化发泡工艺和物理性能要求选用发泡剂AC和DDL系列;采用发泡剂DDL105,硫化体系的硫黄用量为1~12份、促进剂CZ用量为05份,海绵胶的硫化与发泡速度匹配性好,拉断强度较高,回弹性较好。

Effect of blowing agent and curing system on properties of NR/SBR foam

Abstract:The effect of the blowing agent and curing system on the curingblowing behavior and physical properties of NR/SBR foam was investigated.The results showed that the AC and DDL series blowing agents should be selected based on the requirements for the curingblowing behavior;and the better match between curing and blowing speeds and the higher tensile strength and rebound resilience of NR/SBR foam were obtained by using DDL105 blowing agent,1~1.2 phr of sulfur and 0.5 phr of CZ.
