超声波处理对芳纶帘线表面形态及与胶料粘合性能的影响

摘要:试验研究超声波处理对芳纶帘线表面形态及与NR/SBR胶料粘合性能的影响。结果表明,芳纶帘线的耐热温度可达500 ℃;在蒸馏水中,超声波的空化作用可对芳纶帘线表面进行清洗和刻蚀,消除帘线表面的弱边界层;在碱性或酸性条件下,超声波作用可加快芳纶的水解,增加芳纶表面的活性基团,提高帘线与橡胶基质的静电吸附和化学键合作用,从而提高芳纶帘线与NR/SBR胶料的粘合性能;超声波处理芳纶时氢氧化钠溶液和硫酸最佳的质量分数均为020,适宜处理时间分别为10和15 min。

Effect of ultrasonic treatment on surface morphology of aramid cord 
and its adhesion to rubber

Abstract:The effect of the ultrasonic treatment on the surface morphology of aramid cord and its adhesion to NR/SBR compound was investigated.The results showed that the aramid cord could resist the temperature as high as 500 ℃;in distilled water,the surface of aramid cord was washed and etched by the cavitation of ultrasonic wave to eliminate the weak boundary layer on the cord surface;under the basic or acidic conditions,the hydrolysis of aramid accelerated,the reactive groups on the aramid surface increased and the static attraction and chemical bonding between cord and rubber matrix enhanced by the ultrasonic action,thus the adhesion between aramid cord and NR/SBR compound improved;and the optimal concentrations of both sodium hydroxide solution and sulfuric solution were 0.20,and their proper treatment times were 10 and 15 min respectively.

EPDM/PP TPV与导电炭黑复合材料导电性的研究

摘要:探讨EPDM/PP动态硫化热塑性硫化胶与导电炭黑复合材料导电性的影响因素。结果表明,导电炭黑用量(小于15份)增大,复合材料的体积电阻率显著减小,EPDM/PP共混比为70/30的复合材料减小趋势较缓;EPDM/PP共混比从30/70增大到50/50,复合材料的体积电阻率减小;EPDM/PP共混比大于50/50后,随着共混比增大,复合材料的体积电阻率呈增大趋势;导电炭黑用量达到10份后复合材料热老化前后体积电阻率变化不大;复合材料具有明显的NTC效应,在180 ℃的半熔融状态下体积电阻率几乎不变。

Electric conductivity of conductive carbon black/EPDM/PP TPV composite

Abstract:The effective factors on the electric conductivity of conductive carbon black/dynamicallycured EPDM/PP TPV composite were investigated.The volume resistance of the composite decreased significantly as the level of conductive carbon black increased up to 15 phr,and the decreasing tendency slowed down as the EPDM/PP with the blending ratio of 70/30 was used;the volume resistance of the composite decreased as the blending ratio of EPDM/PP increased from 30/70 to 50/50;the volume resistance tended to increase as the blending ratio of EPDM/PP increased to higher than 50/50;the volume resistance of the composite before the thermal aging was similar to that after the thermal aging as the level of conductive carbon black increased to higher than 10 phr;and the composite had remarkable NTC effect,the volome resistance changed little under the semimelting condition at 180 ℃.

SBR/TPI并用胶硫化体系的研究

摘要:研究硫化体系类型、硫黄用量和促进剂NOBS用量对SBR/反式1,4聚异戊二烯(TPI)并用胶性能的影响。结果表明,采用普通硫黄硫化体系,硫黄用量为2.5份、促进剂NOBS用量为1.2份时SBR/TPI并用胶可以获得良好的综合性能;硫黄用量较小时,胶料的热老化性能较好;适当增大促进剂NOBS用量,可改善胶料的动态生热性能。

Curing system of SBR/TPI blend

Abstract:The effects of the curing system type and the sulfur and accelerator NOBS levels on the properties of SBR/TPI blend were investigated.The results showed that the good comprehensive properties of SBR/TPI blend were obtained when the conventional sulfur curing system with 2.5 phr of sulfur and 1.2 phr of NOBS was used;the rubber compound with better thermal aging properties was obtained by using the lower level of sulfur;and the dynamic heat buildup of compound improved by increasing NOBS level properly.
