EPDM-g-SAN接枝共聚反应的研究

摘要:探讨以正庚烷/甲苯混合物为溶剂,采用共聚法制备EPDM接枝聚苯乙烯丙烯腈(EPDMgSAN)的反应条件。试验得出的优化反应条件为:单体苯乙烯/丙烯腈质量比3/1,EPDM/单体质量比45/55,引发剂BPO浓度338×10-3 mol·L-1,正庚烷/甲苯体积比60/40,反应温度80 ℃,反应时间20 h。在此条件下,反应的单体转化率、接枝率和接枝效率分别为75%,33%和36%。红外光谱分析证明,EPDM分子链上接枝了SAN支链。

Study on copolymerization of EPDMgSAN

Abstract:The copolymerization of EPDMgSAN using nheptane/toluene as solvent was investigated.The optimized reaction conditions from the test were as follows:the mass ratio of styrene monomer/acrylonitrile monomer3/1,the mass ratio of EPDM/monomers45/55,the concentration of initiator BPO338×10-3 mol·L-1,the volume ratio of nheptane/toluene60/40,the reaction temperature80 ℃ and the reaction time20 h.Under these conditions,the conversion,graft yield and graft efficiency of reaction monomers were 75%,33% and 36% respectively.It was confirmed by IRS that the branched chain of SAN was grafted on the backbone of EPDM.

子午线轮胎耐磨性能影响因素分析

摘要:建立195/60R14子午线轮胎三维非线性有限元模型,分析子午线轮胎耐磨性能的影响因素。结果表明,随着载荷的增大,轮胎接地区域摩擦力的分布由内大外小逐渐变为外大内小,最大摩擦力发生在胎肩部位;随着带束层帘线角度的增大,最大摩擦力先减小后增大,静态接地时摩擦力呈对称分布;相同载荷下,充气压力增大,最大摩擦力增大,导致胎冠中心部位提前磨损,充气压力过小,易产生“桥式效应”,造成胎面磨耗不均匀。

Effective factors on wear resistance of radial tire

Abstract:A 3D nonlinear FE model has been established to analyze the effective factors on the wear resistance of 195/60R14 tire.The results show that the distribution of the friction force in the groundcontact area will gradually change from greater inside and smaller outside to greater outside and smaller inside as the load of tire increases,and the maximum friction force occurs in the shoulder area;the maximum friction force decreases at first and increases later as the angle of belt cord increases,and the static friction force in groundcontact area is symmetrically distributed;and with the same load,the overinflation pressure leads to the increase of the maximum friction force resulting in the premature wear in the middle of crown,and the underinflation pressure leads to the “bridge effect” resulting in the uneven wear in the tread.

GMA原位改性炭黑对EPDM胶料性能的影响

摘要:探讨甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)原位改性炭黑对EPDM胶料硫化特性和硫化胶性能的影响。结果表明,GMA起连接炭黑与橡胶的作用,对胶料的硫化特性影响显著,提高了硫化胶的物理性能、粘合性能和常温(30~60 ℃)下的减震阻尼性能;GMA用量为5份时,EPDM胶料的硫化速度较快,硫化胶的表观交联密度较大,物理性能和粘合性能较好。
