羧基丁腈橡胶的性能研究

摘要:研究羧基丁腈橡胶(XNBR)的硫化特性和物理性能。结果表明,高羧基丁腈橡胶具有硬度、拉伸强度和定伸应力高,耐磨性好,压缩永久变形大,加工安全性较差等特点;低羧基丁腈橡胶的物理性能与NBR接近,加工安全性好;硬脂酸不是高羧基丁腈橡胶的有效防焦剂;白炭黑对XNBR的共价交联有延迟作用。

Study on properties of carboxylated NBR

Abstract:The curing behavior and physical properties of carboxylated NBR (XNBR) were investigated.The results showed that the high carboxylated NBR featured high hardness,tensile strength and modulus,good abrasion resistance,but greater permanent set and poorer processing safety;the low carboxylated NBR had similar physical properties and process to those of NBR;the stearic acid was not an effective scorch retardant for high carboxylated NBR;and the silica had a delayed action on cocrosslinking of XNBR.

并用比对EPDM/IIR内胎胶性能的影响

摘要:研究不同并用比对国产EPDM/IIR 并用胶加工性能、物理性能、热老化性能和气密性能的影响,并与进口EPDM/IIR并用胶进行对比试验。结果表明,在IIR中添加EPDM可以改善胶料的混炼和挤出特性,对物理性能和热老化性能影响不大,气密性能略有下降;EPDM/IIR并用比为40/60时并用胶的渗透系数为2.51×10-17
m2·(Pa·s)-1;国产EPDM与进口EPDM的性能差别很小,完全可以替代进口EPDM应用于内胎生产。

Effect of blending ratio on properties of EPDM/IIR inner tube

Abstract:The effect of the blending ratio on the processibility,physical properties,aging properties and air tightness of domestics EPDM/IIR was investigated and compared to that of imported EPDM/IIR.The results showed that the mixing and extruding behavior of IIR compound improved by adding EPDM,the physical properties and aging properties changed little,and the air tightness decreased;the permeability coefficient was 251×10-17 m2·(Pa·s)-1 when the blending ratio of EPDM/IIR was 40/60;and the domestic EPDM was similar to the imported EPDM in terms of both processibility and physical properties and could be used instead of the latter in inner tube production.
