摘要:考察逆凝聚包覆法制备的硫黄调节型粉末氯丁橡胶(PCR121)的门尼粘度波动对其硫化胶物理性能的影响。结果表明,PCR121生胶的门尼粘度在30~130范围内波动对其硫化胶的物理性能影响不明显;与块状CR121相比,PCR121的加工性能和物理性能更优。对各种CR拉伸断面的形貌扫描电子显微镜观察和能谱分析结果表明,配合剂在PCR121橡胶基体分散较好是PCR121具有优异性能的主要原因。

Abstract:The influence of the Mooney viscosity fluctuation of sulfurmodified powdered CR by reversecoagulation cover method (PCR121) on the physical properties of its vulcanizate was investigated.The results showed that the Mooney viscosity of PCR121 fluctuated in the range of 30~130 had little effect on the physical properties of its vulcanizate;and PCR121 was superior to bale CR121 in processibility and physical properties.It was found by SEM analysis and energy spectrum analysis on the tensile fractured surface of two CRs that the better dispersion of various ingredients in PCR121 matrix resulted in superior processibility and physical properties.

橡胶型氯化聚乙烯结构研究

摘要:研究橡胶型氯化聚乙烯(CPE)的氯分布、相对分子质量及其分布、残余结晶度及流变性能。结果表明,橡胶型CPE的氯原子主要以单取代的形式存在于分子链上;4种橡胶型CPE的Mw由大到小顺序为CPE6335,CPE6135,CPE6235,CPE140B,Mw越大,CPE的门尼粘度越小;橡胶型CPE的氯含量越大、氯原子分布越均匀,其残余结晶度越小;橡胶型CPE熔体为剪切变稀流体。

Structure of CPE rubber

Abstract:The chlorine distribution,molecular weight and its distribution,residule crystallinity and rheological properties of different CPE rubbers were investigated by CNMR,GPC and DSC.The results showed that the chlorine atom was attached to the molecular chain in single substituted way;the order of Mw for 4 different CPE rubbers was as follows:CPE6335>CPE6135>CPE6235>CPE140B,and the higher the Mw,the lower the Mooney viscosity of CPE rubber;the higher chlorine content and more uniform distribution of chlorine atom in CPE rubber,the lower residule crystallinity;and CPE rubber melt was a shear thinning fluid.

结构调节剂对SSBR结构与性能的影响

摘要:研究结构调节剂四氢呋喃(THF)、二乙二醇二甲醚(2G)和N,N,N′,N′四甲基乙烯基二胺(TMEDA)对溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)结构和性能的影响。试验结果表明,随结构调节剂用量的增大和反应温度的降低,SSBR中1,2结构质量分数增大;随结构调节剂用量的增大,SSBR中苯乙烯结构质量分数逐渐接近苯乙烯与丁二烯的投料比;结构调节剂品种对SSBR物理性能影响不大,以THF为结构调节剂合成的SSBR动态性能最好。

Influence of structure modifiers on microstructure and properties of SSBR

Abstract:The influence of various structure modifiers,such as THF,2G and TMEDA,on the microstructure and properties of SSBR was investigated.The test results showed that 1,2content in SSBR increased as the modifier concentration increased and the reaction temperature decreased;the styrene content in SSBR closed gradually to the charge ratio of styrene/butadiene as the modifier concentration increased;and the type of structure modifier had little effect on the physical properties of SSBR,but THF gave the best dynamic properties to SSBR vulcanizates.
