逆凝聚包覆法制备硫黄调节型粉末氯丁橡胶

摘要:采用逆凝聚包覆法制备硫黄调节型粉末氯丁橡胶(PCR)并考察加料方式、搅拌转速和胶乳加入流速对产物粒径分布的影响。建立氯丁胶乳的逆凝聚粉末化模型并采用均匀试验设计的方法对该模型进行了验证。验证结果表明,该模型可以有效地模拟PCR的逆凝聚包覆氯丁胶乳的粉末化过程。PCR产物中粒径1~3 mm的中等粒子的质量分数仅与搅拌转速有关,表明湍流爆裂是产生中等粒子的主要原因,而带状拉伸则是产生较粗颗粒和细小粒子的主要原因。扫描电子显微镜观察发现,采用逆凝聚包覆法制备的PCR粒子为单颗连续粒子,即产物粒子由单颗胶乳液滴凝聚而成。

Abstract:A sulfurmodified powdered CR (PCR121) was prepared by reversecoagulation cover method and the effect of the latex adding procedure and speed,and the stirring speed on the particle size distribution of product was investigated.A reversecoagulation powder model of CR latex was established.The model was verified by uniform experimental design method.The results showed that the model could be used to simulate the reverse coagulation powdering process of CR latex effectively;the mass fraction of medium particle (1 to 3 mm) was only related to the stirring speed,i.e. the medium particles were generated mainly by the turbulent decrepitation of latex drop and the large and small particles were generated mainly by the ribbon tension.It was found by SEM that the PCR121 particles were continuous single particles,which were coagulated from the single CR latex drops.

以三氧化二锑为协效剂的复合阻燃剂对
MVQ硫化胶阻燃性能的影响

摘要:分别研究硼酸锌/三氧化二锑、氢氧化铝/三氧化二锑和三氧化钼/三氧化二锑并用体系对甲基乙烯基硅橡胶(MVQ)硫化胶阻燃性能和物理性能的影响。结果表明,硼酸锌/三氧化二锑并用体系可有效提高MVQ硫化胶的阻燃性能,并能保持较好的物理性能;氢氧化铝/三氧化二锑并用体系的阻燃效果十分显著,但MVQ硫化胶的发烟量稍大;三氧化钼/三氧化二锑并用体系虽可减小MVQ硫化胶的发烟量,但阻燃效果不明显,且硫化胶的物理性能受损严重。

Effects of compound flame retardants with Sb2O3 on 
flame retardance of MVQ vulcanizate

Abstract:The effects of various compound flame retardants with Sb2O3,such as Zn3(BO3)2/Sb2O3,Al(OH)3/Sb2O3 and MoO3/Sb2O3,on the flame retardance and physical properties of MVQ vulcanizate were investigated.The results showed that the flame retardance of MVQ vulcanizate improved significantly by using Zn3(BO3)2/Sb2O3,while the physical properties changed little;the better flame retardance was obtained by using Al(OH)3/Sb2O3,but MVQ vulcanizate would generate more smoke;and the smoke generated by MVQ vulcanizate could be reduced by MoO3/Sb2O3,but the flame retardance didnt improve significantly,and the physical properties of vulcanizate deteriorated severely.

NBR丙烯腈含量对NR/BR/NBR并用胶性能的影响

摘要:讨论NBR丙烯腈含量对NR/BR/NBR并用胶加工性能、物理性能和动态力学性能的影响。试验结果表明,用少量(5份)丙烯腈质量分数较大(035)的NBR等量替代NR/BR并用体系中的NR,并用胶0 ℃时的tanδ值增大,耐热老化性能提高,65 ℃时的tanδ值和物理性能变化较小,加工性能稍有降低。NR、BR和少量丙烯腈含量较大的NBR并用,可以获得抗湿滑性能较好、滚动阻力较小且性价比较理想的胎面胶。

Effect of acrylnitrile content in NBR on properties of NR/BR/NBR blend

Abstract:The effect of the acrylnitrile content in NBR on the processibility,physical properties and dynamic properties of NR/BR/NBR blend was investigated.The results showed that the tanδ at 0 ℃ of the blend increased,the thermal aging property improved,the tanδ at 65 ℃ and the physical properties changed little,and the processibility decreased somewhat by using 5 phr of NBR with higher content (0.35) of acrylnitrile instead of the equal amount of NR in NR/BR blend,thus a tread stock with better wet traction,lower rolling resistance and reasonable performance/cost ratio was obtained.
