NR/BR/TPI共混物硫化体系的研究

摘要:研究了普通硫化体系(CV)、半有效硫化体系(SEV)和有效硫化体系(EV)对NR/BR/TPI共混物(共混比为40/40/20)性能的影响,特别是CV体系中硫黄和促进剂DM用量的影响。结果表明,采用CV体系,NR/BR/TPI共混物的耐疲劳性能等物理性能较好,硫黄用量为3份、促进剂DM用量为1份时,共混物的撕裂强度和耐屈挠性能最好,其它性能也保持在较高水平。配合剂直接加入共混胶中混炼比分别加入3种生胶混炼后再加以混合的方式可获得更好的力学性能,但正硫化时间和焦烧时间缩短。

Study on curing system of NR/BR/TPI blend

Abstract:The effects of the conventional vulcanization(CV),semiefficient vulcanization(SEV),efficient vulcanization(EV),especially the levels of sulfur and accelerator DM on the properties of NR/BR/TPI(40/40/20) blend were investigated.The results showed that the better fatigue property of the blend was obtained by using CV system,and the best tear strength and flexibility of the blend were obtained by using 3 phr of sulfur and 1 phr of DM without affecting the other properties.

NR/中空微球复合材料传热的有限元分析

摘要:应用ANSYS软件对聚合物/中空微球复合材料单元中的热传递进行了有限元分析,并计算出中空微球填充NR复合材料的等效导热系数ke值。结果表明,ke随着中空微球体积分数f的增大呈线性减小,且随着微球粒径的增大有所减小。此外,三维有限元模拟的ke值高于二维,两者的差异随着f的增大而增大。

FEA of heat transfer in NR/hollow bead composite

Abstract:A finite element analysis(FEA) of the heat transfer in NR/hollow bead composite was made and the equivalent thermal conductivity(ke) was calculated.The results showed that ke decreased linearly with the increase of the bead volume fraction f and decreased somewhat with the increase of the bead particle size.Furthermore,ke from the 3D FE simulation was higher than that from 2D FE simulation,and the difference between them increased with the increase of f.

有机锡热稳定剂对CPE脱氯化氢热降解性的影响

摘要:采用刚果红法研究有机锡热稳定剂对氯化聚乙烯(CPE)脱氯化氢热降解性的影响。结果表明,硫醇锡复合热稳定剂T137和T395A抑制CPE脱氯化氢的效果优于非硫醇锡热稳定剂二月桂酸二丁基锡;环氧大豆油能协同二月桂酸二丁基锡减慢CPE脱氯化氢速度;热稳定剂用量小于3份时,二月桂酸二丁基锡/二盐基亚磷酸铅和二月桂酸二丁基锡/硬脂酸钡并用体系(并用比1∶1)抑制CPE脱氯化氢的效果较二月桂酸二丁基锡差,热稳定剂用量为3份时则较好。

Effect of organotin stabilizers on dehydrochlorination of CPE

Abstract:The effect of various organotin stabilizers on the thermal degradation via dehydrochlorination of CPE was investigated by Congo Red Method.The results showed that the dibutyl tin bis(2mercaptobenzothiazole) stabilizers T137 and T395A were better than dibutyl tin dilaurate in terms of inhibiting the dehydrochlorination of CPE;the better stabilizing effect was also obtained by using 1 phr of dibutyl tin dilaurate combined with 5 phr of epoxidized soybean oil;and the dibutyl tin dilaurate/dibasic lead phosphite or barium stearate blend systems were better than dibutyl tin dilaurate when their addition levels were more than 3 phr respectively.
