      针对轮胎企业生产排放乏汽的实际情况,选用汽汽引射器完成对乏汽的回收利用。根据汽汽引射器的特点及工艺需要,采用未经降温减压的高压蒸汽作为引射动力蒸汽,乏汽为被引射蒸汽,经过汽汽引射器混合后的低压蒸汽用于烘胶房进行烘胶。本改造方案在减少蒸汽用量的同时,也起到节能减排的良好作用。

      According to the actual situation of exhaust steam from tire production,steam ejector was selected to complete the recovery and utilization of exhaust steam.For the characteristics of steam ejector and process requirements,the high-pressure steam without temperature and pressure reduction was used as the power steam for injection,and the exhaust steam was the steam to be injected.The low-pressure steam mixed by the steam ejector was used in the rubber drying room to dry rubber.This modification not only reduced steam consumption,but also played a good role in energy conservation and emission reduction.
