      对不同形状系数的板式橡胶支座进行试验,采用国内外不同的标准对其力学性能进行判定,并对其抗压弹性模量标准值进行探讨。从测试结果并参考积累的试验数据可以得出:不同标准对板式橡胶支座力学性能判定结果有差异;当板式橡胶支座形状系数较小时,抗压弹性模量为正偏差,若要保证支座合格,需使抗剪弹性模量为负偏差;当板式橡胶支座形状系数较大时,抗压弹性模量为负偏差,若要保证支座合格,需使抗剪弹性模量为正偏差,产生这种现象的原因是JT/T 4—2019中对抗压弹性模量的规定不严谨。建议相关单位对板式橡胶支座的力学性能进行进一步的系统研究。
英文摘要:
      The laminated bearing with different shape coefficients were tested,the mechanical properties were judged by different standards at home and abroad,and the standard value of compressive elastic modulus was discussed.From the test results and referring to the accumulated test data,it could be concluded that different standards had different judgment results on the mechanical properties of laminated bearing.When the shape coefficient of laminated bearing was small,the compressive elastic modulus was positive deviation.To ensure that the bearing was qualified,the shear elastic modulus should be negative deviation.When the shape coefficient of laminated bearing was large,the deviation of compressive elastic modulus was negative.In order to ensure that the bearing was qualified,it was necessary to make the shear elastic modulus positive deviation.The reason for this phenomenon was that the provisions on compressive elastic modulus in JT/T 4—2019 were not strict.It was suggested that relevant units carried out further systematic research on the mechanical properties of laminated bearing.
