| 以丁腈橡胶（NBR）/聚氯乙烯（PVC）为基体材料，加入以氯化聚乙烯橡胶为载体的预分散硫化剂和促进剂母胶粒制备NBR/PVC发泡材料，比较预分散橡胶助剂相对于传统粉末助剂在NBR/PVC发泡材料中的优势，主要考察胶料的硫化-发泡特性、物理性能及发泡情况。结果表明，在助剂活性成分添加量相同的条件下，添加预分散橡胶助剂的胶料发泡后密度更低，泡孔更均匀，拉伸强度也略优于添加粉末助剂的胶料。 |

| Nitrile butadiene rubber（NBR）/polyvinyl chloride（PVC） foaming material was prepared by using NBR/PVC as the base material，and adding pre-dispersed curing agent and accelerator masterbatch particles with chlorinated polyethylene rubber as the carrier.The advantages of pre-dispersed rubber additives over traditional powder additives in NBR/PVC foamed materials were compared.The main focus was on the vulcanization-foaming characteristics，physical properties and foaming of the compound.The results showed that，when the addition amount of active ingredients of additives was the same，the foaming compound with pre-dispersed rubber additives had a lower density，more uniform cell structure，and tensile strength was slightly higher than that of the compound with powder additives. |
