| 研究从促进剂副产物液态树脂中提纯2-巯基苯并噻唑（MBT）的工艺。结果表明：从液态树脂中提纯MBT的最佳工艺条件为反萃取溶液pH值 10.5～11.0，双氧水质量分数 4%～5%；用提纯的MBT合成CBS，TBBS和DCBS，产品的初熔点、游离胺含量、纯度、收率、CBS和TBBS的甲醇不溶物含量以及DCBS的环己烷不溶物含量均达到质量要求；工业化生产MBT提纯工艺运行良好，达到了预期效果。 |

| The purification process of 2-mercaptobenzothiazole（MBT） from liquid resin，a by-product of accelerators was studied.The results showed that the optimal process conditions for purifying MBT from liquid resin were a reverse extraction solution pH of 10.5～11.0 and a hydrogen peroxide mass fraction of 4%～5%.CBS，TBBS and DCBS were synthesized using purified MBT，and the initial melting point，free amine content，purity，yield，methanol insoluble substances content of CBS and TBBS，and cyclohexane insoluble substances content of DCBS met the quality requirements.The industrial production process operated well and achieved the expected results. |
