      采用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定轮胎中的有害重金属含量。结果表明:镉(Cd)、铅(Pb)、汞(Hg)、铬(Cr)4种元素质量浓度与信号强度标准曲线的线性关系良好,相关因数不小于0.999 98;Cd,Pb,Hg,Cr检测限分别为0.000 6,0.012 4,0.003 2,0.000 7 mg·L-1,加标回收率为90%~102%;被测轮胎中Cd,Pb,Hg和Cr含量均低于GB/T 40718—2021限定值,其中Cd,Hg和Cr元素未检出。ICP-OES法测定轮胎中有害重金属含量具有灵敏度高、准确性好和便于操作等特点。
英文摘要:
      Use inductively coupled plasma emission optical spectrometry(ICP-OES) to determine harmful heavy metals content in tires.The results showed that,the linear relationship of standard curves between the mass concentration of cadmium(Cd),lead(Pb),mercury(Hg),and chromium(Cr) and signal intensity were good,and with correlation coefficient of not less than 0.999 98.The detection limits for Cd,Pb,Hg,and Cr were 0.000 6,0.012 4,0.003 2,and 0.000 7 mg · L-1 respectively,and the recovery rate was 90%~102%.The contents of Cd,Pb,Hg and Cr in the tested tires were all lower than the limit values specified in GB/T 40718—2021,Cd,Hg and Cr elements were not detected.The ICP-OES method for determining harmful heavy metals content in tires had the characteristics of high sensitivity,good accuracy and easy operation.
