| 研究氯丁橡胶（CR）用量对V带底胶性能的影响以及短纤维种类和用量、线绳种类和规格对V带使用寿命的影响。结果表明，使用100份CR的V带底胶的物理性能较佳；在底胶中加入15份芳纶短纤维，V带的疲劳运转时间最长，耐疲劳性能最好；芳纶线绳V带的使用寿命长于聚酯线绳V带，使用5×3芳纶线绳制作的V带使用寿命长，性价比最高。 |

| The influence of chloroprene rubber（CR） dosage on performance of V-belt base rubber，the influence of short fiber type and dosage，cord type and specification on the service life of V-belt were studied.The results showed that，the physical properties of V-belt base rubber with 100 phr CR were better.Adding 15 phr aramid short fiber to the base rubber，the fatigue running time of V-belt was the longest and the fatigue resistance was the best.The V-belt made of aramid cord had a longer service life than that made of polyester cord.The V-belt made of 5×3 aramid cord had a longer service life and the highest cost-effectiveness. |
