| 研究环保型硫化剂DTDC-80的气味及其在天然橡胶（NR）中的应用，并与非环保型硫化剂DTDM-80进行对比。结果表明：硫化剂DTDC-80在常温及80 ℃高温处理后的气味等级均小于硫化剂DTDM-80；采用硫化剂DTDC-80等量替代硫化剂DTDM-80，胶料的硫化特性整体差异较小，硫化胶的拉伸性能和动态力学性能相近，压缩永久变形减小，耐热老化性能提高；在以NR为主体材料的低气味橡胶制品或轮胎配方中，可以选用硫化剂DTDC-80替代硫化剂DTDM-80。 |

| The odor of environmentally friendly curing agent DTDC-80 and its application in natural rubber（NR） were studied and compared with those of non-environmentally friendly curing agent DTDM-80.The results showed that the odor level of curing agent DTDC-80 was lower than that of curing agent DTDM-80 during processing at both normal temperature and high temperature processing of 80 ℃.Using curing agent DTDC-80 instead of curing agent DTDM-80 in equal amounts，the vulcanization characteristics of the compound，the tensile properties and dynamic mechanical properties of vulcanizate were similar，the compression set decreased，and the heat aging resistance was improved.In low-odor rubber products or tire formulations mainly based on NR，curing agent DTDC-80 could be used to replace curing agent DTDM-80. |
