采用Zhanber?氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)系列产品,研究配方设计对HNBR硫化胶压缩永久变形的影响。结果表明:Zhanber?HNBR系列产品的压缩永久变形性能总体较好,在硫化程度基本一致的情况下,相较于低饱和度HNBR硫化胶,高饱和度HNBR硫化胶的压缩永久变形更小;与白炭黑Z135和255相比,碱性白炭黑AS-70减小硫化胶压缩永久变形的效果更好;未使用防老剂的硫化胶的压缩永久变形最小,防老剂445不利于减小硫化胶压缩永久变形性能;随着硫化剂BIPB用量的增大,硫化胶的压缩永久变形减小,硫化剂BIPB用量取6.5为宜。 |

Using Zhanber?Hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR) series products,the effect of formula design on the compression set of HNBR was studied.The results showed that the compression set performance of Zhanber?HNBR series products was generally good,when the vulcanization degrees were basically same,compared with low saturation HNBR vulcanizate,the compression set of high saturation HNBR vulcanizate was smaller.Compared with silica Z135 and 255,alkaline silica AS-70 had a better effect on reducing compression set of vulcanizate.The compression set of vulcanizate without antioxidant was the smallest,and the use of antioxidant 445 was not conductive to reducing the compression set of HNBR vulcanizate.As the amount of vulcaning agent BIPB increased,the compression set of the vulcanizate decreased,and the appropriate amount of vulcaning agent BIPB was 6.5 phr. |
