      分析现有防爆安全轮胎结构的优缺点,并从结构设计、材料选择和成型工艺方面介绍基于弹性构件的防爆安全轮胎设计与成型工艺的研究进展。现有防爆安全轮胎存在质量大、负载小、易颠簸、舒适度差、易塌陷变形、易断裂、易脱圈、成型工艺复杂等问题,而通过结构设计、材料选择与成型工艺相结合的系统优化方案解决了现有防爆安全轮胎存在的问题,设计出的针对不同应用场景下的基于弹性构件的防爆安全轮胎负载能力、舒适性和安全性提升,使用寿命延长。
英文摘要:
      The advantages and disadvantages of the existing explosion-proof safety tire structures were analyzed,and the research progress of explosion-proof safety tire design and forming process based on elastic components from the aspects of structural design,material selection and forming process was introduced.The existing explosion-proof safety tires had problems such as large mass,small load,easy bumping,poor comfort,easy collapse and deformation,easy fracture,easy ring detachment and complex forming process.However,the system optimization solution combining structural design,material selection,and forming process had solved the problems of existing explosion-proof safety tires,the load capacity,comfort and safety of explosion-proof safety tires based on elastic components had been designed for different application scenarios were improved,the service life was extended.
