中文摘要:
      研究裂解炭黑(CBp)替代炭黑N660在V带压缩层胶中的应用。结果表明:CBp的理化性能与炭黑N660相当;使用CBp替代全部炭黑N660后,V带压缩层胶的硫化特性、物理性能和耐老化性能与未使用CBp替代炭黑N660的胶料相当,满足V带压缩层胶的技术要求,同时可降低生产成本。
英文摘要:
      The application of pyrolysis carbon black(CBp) replacing carbon black N660 in V-belt compression layer compound was studied.The results showed that the physical and chemical properties of CBp were equivalent to those of carbon black N660.After replacing all carbon black N660 with CBp,the vulcanization characteristics,physical properties and aging resistance of V-belt compression layer compound were comparable to those of compound without CBp replacing carbon black N660,and met the technical requirements of V-belt compression layer compound,the production costs was reduced.
