Using a seven degree of freedom vehicle model simulation platform based on MATLAB Simulink,taking the tire PAC2002 model as the input,the handling stability of vehicle was simulated and compared with the real vehicle test.The results proved that the objective index simulation results were in good agreement with the subjective evaluation results of the real vehicle test. The simulation platform based on the seven degree of freedom vehicle model could predict the steering performance of tire,and could also predict the handling stability to a certain extent.
