      介绍385/95R25无内胎起重机全钢子午线轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 1 365 mm,断面宽 380 mm,行驶面宽度 310 mm,行驶面弧度高 10 mm,胎圈着合直径 628 mm,胎圈着合宽度 258 mm,断面水平轴位置(H1/H2) 0.772,胎面采用混合型花纹,花纹深度 25 mm,花纹周节数 18,花纹饱和度 88.3%,胎肩增加散热槽设计。施工设计:胎面采用双复合结构,胎体采用3+9+15×0.225HT钢丝帘线,带束层结构采用4层设计,1#带束层采用3+9+15×0.22+0.15HT钢丝帘线,2#和3#带束层采用3+9+15×0.225HT钢丝帘线,4#带束层采用3×7×0.20HE钢丝帘线;采用一次法两鼓成型机成型,双模热板式硫化机硫化。成品轮胎试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、高速性能和耐久性能均达到相应设计和国家标准要求。
英文摘要:
      Design on 385/95R25 tubeless all-steel radial tire for crane was introduced.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter 1 365 mm,cross-section width 380 mm,width of running surface 310 mm,arc height of running surface 10 mm,bead diameter at rim seat 628 mm,bead width at rim seat 258 mm,maximum width position of cross section(H1/H2) 0.772,using mixed pattern for tread,pattern depth 25 mm,number of pattern pitches 18,and block/total ratio 88.3%,and adding heat sink design for shoulder.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:using double piece structure for tread,using 3+9+15×0.225HT steel cord for carcass,4-layer structure for belt,3+9+15×0.22+0.15HT steel cord for 1# belt,3+9+15×0.225HT steel cord for 2# and 3# belts,3×7×0.20HE steel cord for 4# belt,using one-stage two-drum building machine to build tire and dual-mode hot plate curing press to cure tire.The test results of finished tire showed that the inflation peripheral dimension,strength performance,high-speed performance and durability of the tire met the requirements of the corresponding design and national standard.
