      研究反式聚辛烯橡胶(TOR)在轮胎内衬层胶中的应用。结果表明:随着TOR用量的增大,胶料的ts1t10先延长后缩短,但均长于未添加TOR的胶料, t90呈逐渐延长趋势;添加4份TOR后,胶料的包辊性明显改善;添加TOR后,硫化胶的邵尔A型硬度变化不大,拉伸强度有所降低,拉断伸长率和撕裂强度明显提高,气密性变化不大,耐屈挠性能提高;添加5份TOR的内衬层的挺性和抗塌性提高,保证了半成品的尺寸稳定性,有利于加工。
英文摘要:
      The application of trans polyolefin rubber(TOR) in tire inner liner compound was studied.The results showed that with the amount of TOR increasing,ts1 and t10 of the compound were extended at first and then shortened,but both were longer than that of the compound without TOR,and t10 increased.After adding 4 phr TOR,the banding charateristics of the compound was improved significantly.After adding TOR,the Shore A hardness of the vulcanizate changed little,tensile strength decreased,the elongation at break and tear strength were significantly improved,and the airtightness changes little,the flexibility resistance was improved.The stiffness and collapse resistance of the inner liner with 5 phr TOR were improved,ensuring the dimensional stability of the semi-finished product and facilitating processing.
