| The causes and countermeasures of big head and small tail and joint misalignment in oblique cutting of steel cord were introduced.The big head and small tail of oblique cutting of steel cord were mainly affected by the coiling quality of large cord roll，the flatness of cord surface，the guide opening deviation correction effect of cutting，the angle of guide opening and delivery of cutting and so on.The joint misalignment of steel cord were mainly affected by the stability of conveyor belt transportation track，the accuracy of joint positioning control device，cord quality etc.Process control from the above aspects could effectively reduce the quality defect rate of steel cord oblique cutting big head and small tail and joint misalignment. |
