      研究改性白炭黑N98和W99部分替代白炭黑ZEOSIL 165N对天然橡胶性能的影响。结果表明:改性白炭黑N98和W99填充的胶料Payne效应降低,改性白炭黑在橡胶基体中的分散性改善,胶料加工性能好;改性白炭黑N98和W99部分替代白炭黑ZEOSIL 165N对硫化胶的硬度和定伸应力影响较小;改性白炭黑N98和W99表面结构度低,胶料燃烧产生的烟密度较大。
英文摘要:
      The effect of modified silica N98 and W99 partly replacing silica ZEOSIL 165N on the properties of natural rubber(NR) was studied.The results showed that,the Payne effect of the compounds filled with modified silica N98 and W99 were reduced,the dispersibility of the two modified silica in the rubber matrix were improved,and the processability of compound were good.Modified silica N98 and W99 had little effect on the hardness and modulus of vulcanizates.The structure degree of modified silica N98 and W99 were low,and the smoke density in the combustion of the compounds were high.
