中文摘要:
      主要研究烷基苯酚二硫化物作为硫黄给予体在天然橡胶/氯化丁基橡胶/高顺式顺丁橡胶并用体系气密层胶中的应用。结果表明:添加烷基苯酚二硫化物同时对硫黄和促进剂用量进行微调,胶料的拉伸性能明显提高,拉断永久变形减小,耐热老化性能改善,老化前后30万次屈挠均未出现裂口;胶料工艺性能良好,可以满足生产要求。
英文摘要:
      The application of alkyl phenol disulfide as sulfur donor in natural rubber/chlorobutyl rubber/high cis-butadiene rubber blend system of inner liner compound was studied.The results showed that,adding the alkyl phenol disulfide and fine-tuning the amount of sulfur and accelerator at the same time,the tensile properties of vulcanizate were obviously improved,the permanent set at break was reduced,the heat aging property was improved,and there were no cracks before and after 300 000 times flexing.The compound had good process property and could meet the production requirements.
