| The extrusion process and tooling design of 0° belt of truck and bus radial tire were discussed. The causes of the defects in the production of 0° belt were analyzed and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward.By improving the die design of 0° belt of truck and bus radial tire and strengthening process management，the product quality，production efficiency could be improved，and the production cost could be reduced. |
