      研究硫化工艺对轮胎关键部件的硫化程度、成品轮胎胶料的物理性能及成品轮胎耐久性能的影响。结果表明:根据气泡法试验和硫化测温结果,适当调整高压蒸汽时间和氮气硫化时间,优化胎圈等轮胎关键部件的硫化程度后,成品轮胎胶料的物理性能相当;成品轮胎胎圈耐久性试验累计行驶时间延长526 min,行驶里程提高5.97%;成品轮胎耐久性试验累计行驶时间延长810 min,行驶里程提高11.29%,成品轮胎耐久性能明显提高,同时生产成本降低。
英文摘要:
      The effects of curing process on the cure degree of key components of the tire,physical properties of the finished tire compound and durability of the finished tire were studied.The results showed that after adjusting the high-pressure steam time and nitrogen curing time properly and optimizing the cure degree of the key components of the tire,such as the bead,according to the bubble test and the temperature measurement,the physical properties of the finished tire compound were similar,the accumulated driving time of the finished tire bead was extended by 526 min,the driving mileage was increased by 5.97%,and the accumulated driving time of the finished tire was extended by 810 min,the driving mileage was increased by 11.29%.The durability of the finished tire were obviously improved,and the production cost was reduced.
