      介绍中国石油独山子石化公司自主研发的抗湿滑、低滚动阻力环保溶聚丁苯橡胶(SSBR)SOL RC2557TH的生产工艺和调整过程,并将试制产品与国外同类产品(2550H和5025-2HM)进行性能对比。采用先进的环保芳烃油作为填充油,通过提高门尼粘度生产出的SOL RC2557TH相对分子质量及其分布与2550H相近,生胶门尼粘度基本相同,耐热氧老化性能、混炼胶的硫化速率和硫化胶的物理性能相差不大,硫化胶的抗湿滑性能提高,滚动阻力降低。
英文摘要:
      This paper introduced the production process and adjustment process of the environment-friendly solution polymerized styrene butadiene rubber(SSBR) SOL RC2557TH with good wet sliding resistance and low rolling resistance,which was independently developed by CNPC Dushanzi Petrochemical Company,and the properties of the trial product were compared with the similar products from abroad(2550H and 5025-2HM). It was found that the relative molecular weight and its distribution of SOL RC2557TH were similar to those of 2550H. Compared with 2550H, the Mooney viscosity of SOL RC2557TH raw rubber was basically the same. The heat and oxygen aging resistance,curing rate and physical properties of the SOL RC2557TH vulcanizate were almost the same as those of 2550H vulcanizate, but the wet skid resistance was improved and rolling resistance was reduced.
