分析半钢子午线轮胎耐久性试验中出现的胎肩脱块和胎圈裂口问题产生的原因,并提出相应的解决措施。通过适当减小胎肩部位厚度、保证带束层宽度与模具肩宽之比在0.96~1.0范围内、增大冠带层材料强度和冠带层缠绕张力、增大三角胶尺寸和胎侧耐磨胶厚度、调整模具尺寸和成型鼓鼓宽,有效解决了半钢子午线轮胎胎肩脱块和胎圈裂口等问题,提高了轮胎质量。 |

The causes of durability problems of steel-belted radial tire such as shoulder chunking and bead crack were analyzed,and the corresponding solutions were put forward.By properly reducing the thickness of shoulder,ensuring the ratio of belt width to mold shoulder width in the range of 0.96~1.0,increasing the material strength and winding tension of crown layer,increasing the size of apex and the thickness of sidewall wear-resistant rubber,adjusting the mold size and the building drum width,the shoulder chunking and bead crack problems of steel-belted radial tire were effectively solved,which could improve the quality of the tire. |
