      以胶料低温性能(低温回缩10%的温度低于-40 ℃)为首要技术要求,研究不同增塑剂对氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)胶料性能的影响。结果表明:添加增塑剂TP-95和TP-759的胶料的物理性能和耐油性能较好,但增塑剂TP-95胶料的耐高温老化性能差,增塑剂TP-759胶料的综合性能最佳;添加增塑剂TOTM的胶料的物理性能和耐油性能差,高温压缩永久变形小,150 ℃热空气老化后胶料的低温性能最优,耐热性能好;增塑剂TegMeR 812、Paraplex A-8200与HNBR的相容性不佳,无法使HNBR胶料的低温性能满足要求;5种增塑剂对HNBR胶料与金属的粘合性能无影响。
英文摘要:
      With the temperature at low-temperature shrinkage of 10% below -40 ℃ as the primary technical requiremen,the effect of different plasticizers on the properties of hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR) compound was studied.The results showed that,the physical properties and oil resistance of the compound with plasticizers TP-95 and TP-759 were good,but the high-temperature aging resistance the compound with plasticizer TP-95 was poor,and the comprehensive performance of the compound with plasticizer TP-759 was the best.The physical properties and oil resistance of the compound with plasticizer TOTM were poor,the compression set under high temperature was small,the low-temperature performance of the compound was the best after 150 ℃ hot air aging,and the heat resistance was good.Plasticizers TegMeR 812 and Paraplex A-8200 had poor compatibility with HNBR,therefore they could not meet the low-temperature performance requirements of the HNBR compound.5 kinds of plasticizers had no effect on the adhesion between HNBR compound and metal.
