      分别采用丙烯酸法和偶联剂法对碳纳米管(CNTs)进行表面改性,并研究不同方法改性CNTs对丁腈橡胶(NBR)性能的影响。结果表明:与偶联剂法改性CNTs相比,丙烯酸法改性CNTs对NBR的补强作用更好;经工艺处理丙烯酸法改性CNTs与橡胶基体的结合能力及在橡胶基体内的分散性更佳,补强效果最好,有效提高了NBR胶料的拉伸强度、撕裂强度、导热系数和耐磨性能。采用高速搅拌处理并结合丙烯酸法进行CNTs改性的方法可行且改性效果良好。
英文摘要:
      The carbon nanotubes(CNTs) were surface modified by acrylic acid method and coupling agent method respectively,and the effect of CNTs modified by different methods on the the properties of nitrile rubber(NBR) were studied.The results showed that,compared with the coupling agent modified CNTs,the acrylic acid modified CNTs had better reinforcement effect on NBR.The bonding ability of the treated acrylic modified CNTs with the rubber matrix and the dispersion in the rubber matrix were better,the reinforcing effect was the best,which effectively improved the tensile strength,tear strength,thermal conductivity and abrasion resistance of NBR vulcanizate.It is feasible and effective to modify CNTs by high-speed stirring treatment combined with acrylic acid method.
