| 研究以 Φ1.3 mm高强度胎圈钢丝替代 Φ1.2 mm高强度胎圈钢丝在半钢子午线轮胎中的应用。结果表明：以 Φ1.3 mm高强度胎圈钢丝替代 Φ1.2mm高强度胎圈钢丝，生产过程无异常，能够满足工艺要求；钢丝圈安全倍数为6.3，成品轮胎性能良好；钢丝圈缠绕效率提高了15%，钢丝圈质量减小，每年可降低生产成本35万元。 |

| The application of Φ1.3 mm high strength bead steel wire instead of Φ1.2 mm high strength bead steel wire in steel-belted radial tire was studied.The results showed that，using Φ1.3 mm high strength bead steel wire instead of Φ1.2 mm high strength bead steel wire，the production process was normal and could meet the process requirements，the safety factor of bead was 6.3，the performance of finished tire was good，the winding efficiency of bead was increased by 15%，the weight of bead was reduced，and the production cost could be reduced by 350 000 yuan per year. |
