      针对适用于板式支座的新型三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)材料进行单轴拉伸试验研究,分析3种超弹性唯像本构模型对新型改性EPDM材料的适用性。结果表明,Yeoh模型拟合效果最好,获取相应的材料参数并建立与EPDM标准试样对应的有限元分析模型,有限元数值模拟数据与试验数据基本吻合,对EPDM板式支座数值模拟的研究具有借鉴意义。
英文摘要:
      The uniaxial tensile test of a new type of ethylene propylene diene monomer(EPDM) rubber material was carried out,which could be used for laminated bearings.The applicability of three hyper-elastic constitutive models to this new modified EPDM material were analyzed.The results showed that the Yeoh model had the best fitting effect on the experimental datas.These material parameters for the modified EPDM rubber were obtained and the finite element analysis model for the EPDM standard sample was carried out.The finite element numerical simulation result was basically consistent with the experimental datas.The research results could provide a reference for the numerical simulation of EPDM laminated bearings.
