| 研究硫化活性剂BL-1在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎冠胶中的应用。结果表明：在全钢载重子午线轮胎胎胎冠胶中采用硫化活性剂BL-1等量替代普通氧化锌，试验配方胶料的硫化特性和老化前后的物理性能与生产配方胶料相当，且满足生产工艺要求；成品轮胎的耐久性能满足相应国家标准要求；胶料中锌含量大幅减小，有利于环保。 |

| The application of curing activator BL-1 in the crown compound of TBR tire was studied.The results showed that，when curing activator BL-1 was used to equally replace zinc oxide in the crown compound of TBR tire，the curing characteristics and physical properties before and after aging of the test compound were equivalent to those of the production formula compound，and met the production process requirements，and the durability of the finished tire met the corresponding national standards.The zinc content in the compound was reduced，which was conducive to environmental protection. |
