      采用相同配方、不同门尼粘度的4种胎面胶,研究胎面胶门尼粘度对胎面挤出尺寸的影响。结果表明:对于相同配方的胎面胶,门尼粘度越低,相同挤出宽度下挤出胎面厚度越小;高门尼粘度胶料与低门尼粘度胶料搭配使用,可有效控制挤出胎面尺寸的合格率,减少返回胶;门尼粘度差值小于6个门尼值时胎面挤出厚度在公差范围以内。
英文摘要:
      Four kinds of tread compounds with the same formula and different Mooney viscosity were used to study the effect of Mooney viscosity of tread compound on the extrusion size of tread.The results showed that the lower the Mooney viscosity was,the smaller the extruded tread thickness was under the same width for the tread compound with the same formula.The combination of high Mooney viscosity compound and low Mooney viscosity compound could effectively control the qualified rate of extruded size of the tread and reduce the return compound.When the Mooney viscosity difference was less than 6 Mooney values,the extruded tread thickness was within the tolerance range.
