| 介绍265/75R16 MUD HUNTER泥地轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 804 mm，断面宽 266 mm，行驶面宽度 220 mm，行驶面弧度高 10 mm，胎圈着合直径 400 mm，胎圈着合宽度 220 mm，断面水平轴位置（H/1/H/2） 0.957 74，胎面花纹采用3条沟槽设计，花纹深度 13.2 mm，花纹饱和度 67.21%，花纹周节数 17。施工设计：胎面采用抓着性能好的胶料，胎侧采用双复合设计，冠带层采用锦纶66帘线，1#和2#带束层使用3×0.30HT钢丝帘线，胎体采用高模量低收缩聚酯帘线，采用二次法成型机成型、液压硫化机和氮气硫化工艺硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相应设计和企业标准要求。 |

| The design on 265/75R16 MUD HUNTER mud tire was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter?804 mm，cross-sectional width?266 mm，width of running surface 220 mm，arc height of running surface 10 mm，bead diameter at rim seat?400 mm，bead width at rim seat?220 mm，maximum width position of cross–section（H/1/H/2）?0.957 74，3 grooves for tread，pattern depth?13.2 mm，block/total ratio?67.21%，and number of pattern pitches?17.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：the tread designed with good grip performance compound，the sidewall designed with double compound，nylon 66 cord for crown belt，3×0.30HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt，high modulus and low shrinkage polyester cord for carcass，and using two-stage building machine to build tires，hydraulic vulcanizing press and nitrogen vulcanization process to cure tires.The test results of finished tire showed that，the inflated peripheral dimention，strength，durability and high speed performance of finished tire met the requirements of corresponding design and enterprise standards. |
