| 介绍185/60R14 82H TAXIPLUS出租车专用轮胎的设计。结构设计：外直径 574 mm，断面宽 195 mm，行驶面宽度 138 mm，行驶面弧度高 6.1 mm，胎圈着合直径 350.1 mm，胎圈着合宽度 153 mm，断面水平轴位置（ H1 / H2 ） 0.984 3，胎面采用3条花纹沟槽设计，花纹深度 8.4 mm，花纹饱和度 68.46%，花纹周节数 60。施工设计：胎面采用三复合设计，胎侧采用双复合设计，1#和2#带束层使用3×0.30HT钢丝帘线，冠带层采用锦纶66帘线，胎体采用高模量低收缩聚酯帘线，采用一次法成型机成型、液压硫化机和氮气硫化工艺硫化。成品性能试验结果表明，轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相应设计和企业标准要求。 |

| The design on 185/60R14 82H TAXIPLUS taxi tire was described.In the structure design，the following parameters were taken：overall diameter?574 mm，cross-sectional width?195 mm，width of running surface 138 mm，arc height of running surface 6.1 mm，bead diameter at rim seat?350.1 mm，bead width at rim seat?153 mm，maximum width position of cross–section（ H1 / H2 ）?0.984 3，the tread was designed with 3 grooves，pattern depth?8.4 mm，block/total ratio?68.46%，and number of pattern pitches?60.In the construction design，the following processes were taken：the tread designed with three compound，the sidewall designed with double compound，3×0.30HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt，nylon 66 cord for crown belt，high modulus and low shrinkage polyester cord for carcass，and using one-stage building machine to build tires，hydraulic vulcanizing press and nitrogen vulcanization process to cure tires.The test results of finished tire showed that，the inflated peripheral dimention，strength，durability and high speed performance of finished tire met the requirements of corresponding design and enterprise standards. |
