      介绍225/65R17 ARCTIC STU99雪地轮胎的设计。结构设计:外直径 714 mm,断面宽 237 mm,行驶面宽度 180 mm,行驶面弧度高 7.5 mm,胎圈着合直径 432 mm,胎圈着合宽度 197.8 mm,断面水平轴位置( H1 / H2) 0.986 0,胎面花纹采用长型花纹(M和L型)与短型花纹(S型)交替变节距设计,花纹深度 10.5 mm,花纹饱和度 68.25%,花纹周节数 31。施工设计:胎面采用分层挤出,胎侧采用双复合挤出,冠带层采用锦纶66帘线,1#和2#带束层使用3×0.30HT钢丝帘线,胎体采用高模量低收缩聚酯帘线,采用一次法成型机成型、液压硫化机和氮气硫化工艺硫化。成品性能试验结果表明,轮胎的充气外缘尺寸、强度性能、耐久性能和高速性能均达到相应设计和企业标准要求。
英文摘要:
      The design on 225/65R17 ARCTIC STU99 snow tire was described.In the structure design,the following parameters were taken:overall diameter?714 mm,cross-sectional width?237 mm,width of running surface 180 mm,arc height of running surface 7.5 mm,bead diameter at rim seat?432 mm,bead width at rim seat?197.8 mm,maximum width position of cross–section(H1 /H2 )?0.986 0,the long tread pattern(M and L type) and short pattern(S type) alternated with variable pitch,pattern depth?10.5 mm,block/total ratio?68.25%,and number of pattern pitches?31.In the construction design,the following processes were taken:the tread was extruded layering,the sidewall was extruded by double compound extrusion,using nylon 66 cord for crown belt,3×0.30HT steel cord for 1# and 2# belt,high modulus and low shrinkage polyester cord for carcass,and using one-stage building machine to build tires,hydraulic vulcanizing press and nitrogen vulcanization process to cure tires.The test results of finished tire showed that,the inflated peripheral dimention,strength,durability and high speed performance of finished tire met the requirements of corresponding design,enterprise and national standards.
