      本文以315/70R22.5和215/75R22.5两个规格为研究对象,通过有限元仿真分析方法模拟仿真轮胎的印痕,并将印痕形状量化表示。分析结果表明:胎冠设计方法对接地印痕显著影响,不同的冠弧设计方案造成轮胎的印痕形状差异很大;仿真分析精度满足设计需求,设计初期通过有限元对印痕进行仿真分析能更好的指导设计,提高轮胎性能。
英文摘要:
      In this paper, 315 / 70r22.5 and 215 / 75r22.5 are taken as the research objects to analysis the footprint of the tire by the finite element simulation analysis method, and the shape of the footprint is quantified. The results show that: the crown design method has a significant effect on the footprint, different crown arc design schemes result in a large difference in the shape of the tire footprint; the simulation analysis accuracy meets the design requirements, and it can better guide the design and improve the performance of the tire at the beginning of the design.
