The weather of Beijing is always pleasant when autumn comes, with high bright blue sky and delightful sunshine. In this beautiful season, the International Rubber Conference 2014(IRC2014) will be held in this Sep. 16th (Tues.) ~ 18th (Thurs.) at Beijing International Convention Center.
The conference is holding by Rubber Institute，Chemical Industry and Engineering Society of China, and organizing by Beijing Research and Design Institute of Rubber Industry (BRDI).IRC2014 also received support and sponsorship from lots of units, for example China Rubber Industry Association, China Synthetic Rubber Industry Association, China Natural Rubber Association, AEOLUS Tyre and so on.
As the theme of the conference is “Green • Innovation • Development”, we have decided to use E-book instead of traditional paper collection. Until now, the collection of conference paper has been completed. There are totally 348 papers, including 247domestic and 101 overseas. Generally, the papers are divided into seven topics: natural rubber，synthetic rubber and biobased elastomer；reinforcing agent, skeleton materials, new environment-friendly additives；rubber blending and compounding；rubber recycling and tire retreading；green tire, special tire and rubber products: new technology and new products；analysis and test: new methodology, instrument and results；processing and equipment: energy saved and emission reduced technology，cleaner production.
The conference has invited 67 well-known experts and scholars of rubber industry to share their new developments, 32 domestic and 35 abroad. In additional, 122 papers are selected to public because of their research value. So far by now, we have received confirmation letter of experts, scholars, scientists and business managers from 22 countries and origins. For the convenience of communicate, the conference would provided with simultaneous translation.
There will be only one main hall on 16th, but there will be other five parallel sessions on 17th and 18th in order to communicate different subtopics. Meanwhile, it is the first time that the conference developed APP software for public information and search papers. The APP will be officially operation on 1st Sep.
Since there would be many people to present, the conference has confirmed to open on-site registration in case of disorder. The on-site registration which contains information confirms, register, payment, print vouchers, draw documents and E-books could be much more easily by using intelligent solutions system. The intelligent solutions system is supported with several computer groups and this can reduce handwork and mistakes which are further more promote the reception capacity.
IRC2014 comes with an exhibition which is organized by China United Rubber Corporation. The exhibitors are from all over the world with different core business, mainly about tires, rubber products, rubber raw materials, rubber equipments, tire retreading technology, rubber industry journals and media.
IRC2014 will show the scientific and technological strength and economic strength of China rubber industry to the entire world. Thus it will enhance the communicating and cooperation between domestic and foreign scholars and experts. Please do not miss this grateful and fruitful international event.
