Title:Energy Saved Vulcaniztion and Precision Manufacturing Technology of Tires

Abstract:

Traditional vulcanization technology of rubber tire has notable drawbacks, for example, the heat transfer is uneven and result in low uniformity of the tire. This paper introduce a new technology of inner mould direct-pressure tire vulcanization. This method can solve the problems in traditional tire vulcanization by utilizing the inner mould direct-pressure mechanism to replace the curing bladder of the central mechanism and using electromagnetic-induction heating technology. Experimental results shows we have developed an energy saved vulcanization and precision manufacturing technology of high performance radial tires.
