Jirong Li, male, a member of the Communist Party of China, being born in Guangdong province on November 1962, graduated from South China University of Technology in 1983 majoring in Rubber Products.
    From July, 1988 to August, 1988, he had served as a technician in Guangzhou tire technology center.
    Since 1988, he has been working in South China Tire and Rubber Co., Ltd, successively serving as the director of Technology and design department, the head of Quality  Management Department, the head of Technology Department, Vice-general Manager and General Manager.
    Mr. Li was honored with Outstanding Scientific and Technological Innovation Leader by China Rubber Industry Association in 2006.
