Dr. Xingrong Zeng is a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, South China University of Technology（SCUT）. His major research areas involve polymer modification and composites; electrical conductive, thermal conductive and flame retardant polymeric materials; polymer nanocomposites; and high performance rubber and additives. He received his Ph. D. degree from the SCUT in 1989.
