At present he holds adviser of Shanghai Huayi (Group) Company.
Mr. Yue was engaged in technology management of tires for nearly four decades. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the radial tire production especially.  During his tenure at Double Coin Holdings, he held the post of the first technology introduction project as one of the main responsible person. After that he held the several important bases including the project of Double Coin TBR tires in Double Coin (Rugao), Double Coin (Chongqing), and Double Coin (Anhui). Under his leadership, the technology teams firstly finished scientific research including the FE tires, the all-steel radial OTR tires, the all-steel radial industrial tires and made great achievements.
