Guijun Li is a professor grade senior engineer and the chief  engineer of China Haohua Engineering Co.,LTD.,who has long engaged in engineering consultation and design, project management and project planning in rubber industry and energy saving environmental protection field. He participated in and chaired approximately one hundred engineering consultation and design projects for rubber industry and energy saving environmental protection field, participated in technical review of dozens of environmental impact reports, chaired and participated in compiling 2 main works, 4 national standards, and published many papers. He got 11 provincial and ministerial level awards, and obtained 2 patents for 8 engineering projects chaired and participated in himself. He was selected as "international science and technology cooperation program" project evaluation experts since 2009, and appraised as the National Chemical outstanding worker in 2010.

    At present, he is a commissioner of the National Rubber Plastic Design Technology Center Technical Committee, Chinese Petroleum Chemical Engineering Survey and Design Association of Rubber and Plastic Design Professional Committee and Environment Protection Design Committee in part time.
