Ruijin Qian is the chief engineer of Double Coin Group Co., LTD. and the director of company’s tire institute, engaged in the tire design method and tire application technology research. He has successfully hosted and participated in many international advanced level tire product research and development projects and major tire engineering projects; developed the first domestic tubeless all-steel radial tire, first all-steel off-the-road radial tire and industrial radial tire; completed the building of Chinese first indoor tire noise laboratory and setting national standards of tire noise test method. He has served as a leader for the Projects of National Guidance Program Project.
