Enter the Beijing Tire Plant (Beijing Capital Tire) after graduated from Qingdao Academy of Chemical Technology (Qingdao University of Science and Technology) in 1985, holding various positions of head of the tire institute, chief engineer, CTO;
    Debug the radial tire production line and hold product acceptance review, lead the introduction of new technologies and the development of new products, some of which obtained the honorary titles of "Excellent New Product Award of Beijing" and “Top 10 Products”;
    As a repeat winner of Beijing Outstanding Engineer Award and the Beijing Technological Progress Award, he co-authored The Use Of Automobile Tyre And Case Analysis published by China Business Press.
   In the year 2010, join in Linglong Tire Co., Ltd. as senior manager and vice director of the technique center.
