Prof. Dr. Shugao Zhao, educated in Shandong Institute of Chemical Technology, South China University of Technology, Shanghai Jiaotong University and University of Erlangen-Nürnberg(Germany), now is Dean of Rubber Engineering Institue in Qingdao University of Science and Technology, Director of Key Lab of Rubber-Plastics(QUST), Ministry of Education, China. He also works as the Standing Director of China Rubber Industry Association, vice-chairman of Rubber Division of Chinese chemical society, Chairman of Rubber Division of Shandong chemical society. His research area is rubber materials and processing, mainly focused on the structures, properties, modification, processing, application of rubber materials and structures and properties controling in processing.
