Mr. Zhu Dawei graduated from Shandong College of Chemical Technology with a bachelor of engineering degree in rubber machinery in 1982. Currently, Mr. Zhu is Chief Engineer at Zhongce Rubber Group Co.,Ltd. Mr. Zhu enjoys the prestige of being a professor-level senior engineer and of having received special allowance for experts from the state council. He is deputy director at National Rubber-Plastic Design Technical Committee and National Tire & Rim Standard Technical Committee. He also sits on the editorial boards of Rubber Industry and Rubber-Plastic Tech & equipment. He is a member of China Tire Technology Expert Group.
